About the event
It's April, which means it's time to prepare for Independent Bookstore Day on Saturday, April 26 - let the countdown begin! The day is an annual celebration held on the last Saturday of April dedicated to the joy of indie bookstores across the country. We can't wait to celebrate and invite you all to stop in that weekend for books and fun!
There will be a lot going on to celebrate, including:
An outside sidewalk sale featuring 50¢ paperbacks and $1 hardcovers on Saturday and Sunday
Monacella Massage will be on hand to give chair massages to any stressed out customers
Our friend Jen from Aquillbella Boutique will be here making custom shirts - you choose the shirt and the design, and she'll make it for you right then and there
Anthony Carson of Ant's Art House will be doing doodles
